Fundamentally re-imagining a holistic omni-channel service for Nationwide customers and colleagues through thoughtful design. Using data to shape the interactions and services delivered to customers as well as elevating the colleague experience through a single view of the customer. 

We conveyed the sense of “thoughtful and here to help, at home and on the high street” by being attentive, approachable and accessible.

Attentive

Utilising a single view powered by data, we have the ability to anticipate the audiences’ situation and needs and offer the right solution at the right time.

Approachable

Conversational banking provides a continuous, positive dialogue that encourages interaction and is powered by proactive nudges and practical insights.

Accessible

Flexible, navigable interfaces enable hyper-personalised journeys for members with varied abilities, across multiple generations.
