Fundamentally re-imagining a holistic omni-channel service for Nationwide customers and colleagues through thoughtful design. Using data to shape the interactions and services delivered to customers as well as elevating the colleague experience through a single view of the customer.
We conveyed the sense of “thoughtful and here to help, at home and on the high street” by being attentive, approachable and accessible.
